A. Rules for Admission

Registration for Kindergarten/Nursery-LKG will be done from the first week of December and interview will be held in the month of January every year.
- a) New admissions will be taken from class I to X in the first week of June before the commencement of the academic year.
- b) Admissions will be made strictly on merit, obtained by the candidate.
- c) Pupils selected for various classes must be accompanied by their parents or guardians who will be responsible to the school authorities for their regularity and discipline.
- d) Selected students must produce the admission forms supplied by the school along with Transfer Certificate from the previous school attended, a character/conduct certificate, in support of their date of birth and the caste certificate.
- e) Ward's information once entered in the Admission Register will not be altered.

After the completion of Kindergarten, children will be admitted into Class I before the closure of each academic year. Child with 5+ years at the beginning of the academic year is admitted into First Standard.

Caste certificate obtained from Mandal Revenue Office, should be submitted along with the duly filled in admission form while admitting the child into Class I.

Fees once paid will neither be refunded nor transferred.

- Admission Form (duly filled)
- Transfer Certificate from previous school
- Character / Conduct Certificate
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Caste Certificate (for Class I admission)
- Passport size photographs
B. Withdrawal

The written application for the Transfer Certificate must be forwarded to the Headmistress.

No Transfer Certificate will be issued till all the dues are paid.

Withdrawals of children from classes for mere social function is not recommended because it retards the child's progress in school and minimizes her/his respect for regular hard work with consequent failure in studies.

Pupils who misbehave may be required to be withdrawn from the school.
Important Note: Parents are requested to carefully consider withdrawal decisions as they can impact the child's academic progress and overall development. Regular attendance and consistent effort are essential for success.
